What to Expect When You Come to The Dandelion Club and Ribbon Cutting

Hello friends!

We cannot believe we are less than 48 hours away from the launch of The Dandelion Club!

A couple of things for you to know before you come:

Pre-registration and Maximum Capacity: We already have 18 families and 34 kids pre-registered for The Dandelion Club! Our maximum capacity is 35 kids in the club at one time. If you have pre-registered, you have priority access over those who have not pre-registered. After that, it is first come, first served. If you have yet to pre-register, please do so here: (Pre-registration link)

Even if you did pre-register, we are still asking for hard copy liability waiver forms and an acknowledgment of the rules with your John Hancock on them at our registration table. Please see attached a copy of our rules.

We are in a Pilot Run: We are so excited that you are coming to the very first Dandelion Club. These six weeks are our pilot program. We believe we have a lot to offer. And attached is a sneak peak at what the club will offer. We ask that you give us a little bit of extra patience as we don’t expect things to go perfectly and would love to learn from our mistakes. We will be sending you an After Action Report after Wednesday and would love to hear from you about how we might be able to better serve you. The dream is that The Dandelion Club could be a reproducible model and show up at other Military Installations that need this program.

Use the Main Entrance: Upon arriving, please come through the main entrance of Belvoir Chapel. You’ll come down the stairs to your left and have your kiddos take off their shoes and place in laundry baskets there. Please have your kids wear socks.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: We’ll have a short and sweet ribbon-cutting ceremony and prayer on Wednesday morning at 0915 in front of Belvoir Chapel. We’d love to have you join us!

Mommy + Me Music Class: Come join us for our Mommy and Me Music Classes at 10am led by our very own Advisory Team member and mom to five kids, Stephanie Kersey.

Prayer and Chapel Ministry Info Table: We’d love to pray for you and will have a table set up with prayer request cards and requests for prayer appointments by phone. We will also have information from different Chapel Ministries available. We would love for you to get connected with the greater community through more that the Chapel has to offer.  Find the form here to request prayer

Wednesday is going to be great! See you then!
